A Sydney man will look tribunal aft he allegedly led constabulary connected a pursuit astatine speeds of almost 300km/h successful February.

Police attempted to extremity nan man erstwhile he was spotted riding a motorcycle southbound connected nan M1 motorway astatine Albion Park connected February 26.

Police said during a short chase, nan rider allegedly rode distant from constabulary astatine precocious speeds.

The pursuit was stopped by constabulary for information reasons. 

He was spotted later that evening, spotted again further southbound connected nan Princes Highway.

An investigation was launched, and months later, nan man was arrested astatine Killarney Heights successful Sydney's north.

A 33-year-old man was arrested, pinch constabulary allegedly uncovering a mini magnitude of cocaine successful his possession.
