Pierce County Dive and Marine Services Unit utilized a Remote Operated Vessel to find nan man's car, which they said had submerged 30 feet. 

Inside, they recovered nan victim's drowned 30-year-old boyfriend, PCSO spokesperson Carly Cappetto told The News Tribune.
